I do think it’s important to know that you don’t have to have picture-worthy oatmeals, beautifully placed veggie sandwiches, peanut butter, or avocado. You don’t need those neon Nike shoes, or a gym membership. There’s no need for the new lululemon products. Those things are all very nice, yes, but it’s good to know that you can be healthy and fit without them.
